Estimados alumnos:
La becaria Mathilde Verillaud ofrecerá una Videoconferencia el martes 25/8 a las 18 hs en el auditorio de ADE (Av. Urquiza y Suipacha). Durará 90 minutos aproximadamente, los docentes de las 3 primeras horas tomarán asistencia. Luego continúan las actividades en el instituto.

“Stereotypes and Cultural Differences”

Abstract: Whether we want it or not, stereotypes exist. This workshop will allow participants to engage in a dialogue about stereotypes and cultural differences between Argentina and the United States. Participants will first reflect on their own stereotypes in pair and individually before sharing as a group their thoughts on where stereotypes come from. In the main activity, the presenter will show 14 minimalist pictograms that will undoubtedly sparkle interesting discussions about cultural differences between Argentina and the U.S.
